We successfully created a dairy-free pumpkin pie recipe.  My husband said that he couldn’t taste the difference:)  I noticed that it baked a little bit longer and you do have to use dairy-free powdered soymilk in it (with no caseinate…we use “Better Than Milk Soy”).  All that said, it was a huge success and my son decided that he loves pumpkin pie!
