BBQ Sauce Over Chicken

½ c chopped onion

½ c catsup

1 c water

2 T brown sugar

2 T white or apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

½ tsp celery salt

½ tsp chili powder

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil, except for the chicken.  Let simmer 1 – 2 minutes.  Arrange chicken pieces in a 9 x 13 pan.  Pour BBQ sauce on top.  Cook uncovered, at 350º oven for about 1 hr, or until chicken is no longer pink.  Serves 6.
