Although the almond milk turned out good (and did FABULOUSLY in baking), I felt that it wasn’t quite creamy enough processed through the soy milk maker.  I think that I’m going to try it in the blender and strain it to see how it goes.  Who knows, maybe I’ll get a Vita Mix for Christmas:)
